Service Description: Flood Elevation Certificates, used at the local level in building construction permitting, are provided to the WVGISTC by community floodplain managers for location display and query in the WV Flood Tool web map application. The information in the elevation certificates is vital for ground-truthing site staus in regard to the 1% annual chance flood. Update 2021-05-10: Added point for 708 Maple Avenue, Princeton, WV. Update 2020-11-30: Adjusted location for 46 Walk Ln, Buckhannon, WV Update 2020-11-08: Added FEMA Building Diagram Number. Update 2021-06-17: Added new record for Ranson; corrected existing record location. Update 2021-10-28: added new records for Kanawha County and the WV RISE program. Update 20220311: Corrected some PIDs / addresses to match BLRA; added missing FT links, other error fixes.
