This imagery was collected in 2009, and was originally published in October of 2009 . It was made available from the West Virginia GIS Tech Center in January of 2010. All data was delivered with 1-meter Ground Sample Distance (GSD). The imagery is rectified to a horizontal accuracy of within +/- 5 meters of reference digital ortho quarter quads from the National Digital Ortho Program. The dataset can be downloaded by digital orthophoto quarter quad (DOQQ)or county mosaic. The data is compressed into MrSid format, with a compression ratio of 10:1 for DOQQs and 15:1 for county mosaics. DOQQ files range from 13 to 16 MB, and individual county mosaics range from 114 MB to 1.3 GB, depending on county size.
