Service Description: Over two million (2,121,130) footprints were extracted from high-resolution (6"-3") WV County Imagery (2018-2023) using ESRI's USA Building Footprints deep-learning package. Compared to Microsoft's 2018 building footprint dataset, the ESRI output provides a higher average accuracy across the majority of WV counties, as well as improved footprint attributes, including orientation and building-edge tracing accuracy.
