Service Description: The West Virginia Water Development Authority (WDA) and the West Virginia Infrastructure and Jobs Development Council (IJDC) anticipate that over the next five years, $200 to $325 million will be available annually for funding water, wastewater and storm water infrastructure projects. To address the needs of the unserved and underserved population of West Virginia, WDA, IJDC, CDM Smith Inc. and Thrasher Engineering, Inc. develop this Geographic Information System (GIS) data to help manage, prioritize, track, and accelerate the planning and completion of infrastructure projects.
